INGREDIENTS:
1 Pork Roast (any size)
garlic cloves
rosemary
salt
various herbs
Fuji Apples
onions

INSTRUCTIONS:
Sear top of roast and press garlic loves into top, garnish with rosemary, season with salt and any other desired herbs.
Place in baking dish with room around edges, pile on as many unpeeled Fuji apple quarters and peeled onion quarters as desired.
Cover tightly and cook until tender depending on size of roast. Works with any apples but Fuji works the best.
