INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS:
1 can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice 1 quart pears, well drained, add juice to pineapple juice to make 2 1/2 cups, if not enough you may add water to apple juice.
Bring to a boil and pour over 1 large pkg lemon jello.
Mix: 1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese and 1 - 12 oz. container of whipped topping together well.
After lemon jello is partly set, add: 1 quart chopped pears (you have used the syrup of these) 1 can crushed pineapple (drained) cream cheese and whipped topping mixture 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Pour into a 8 x 13 dish.
After it is completely set, cover with a thin layer of whipped topping and garnish with more walnuts.
