INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter softened
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 large apples, sliced
1 large can apricots, drained. (You can use fresh)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut butter into cake mix till crumbly, mix in coconut, pat mixture into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 10 minutes, arrange fruit on top of warm crust.
Mix cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle over top of fruit.
Blend sour cream and egg, drizzle over fruit.
Bake 25 minutes till edges are light brown.
